This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and applies to your subscription to and use of the Halo AI phone receptionist platform (the “Service”) provided by Halo AI Ventures Corp (“Halo”). By creating an account and accepting this Agreement, you agree to the commercial terms below in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Subscription and Trial
Your subscription begins with a 30-day free trial, which is the same length for every plan tier. A valid payment method (a credit or debit card) is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during the 30-day trial period. At the end of the 30 days, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at the listed price of the plan you selected, and the payment method on file is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends. After conversion, your subscription renews and is billed monthly on the same day of the month as the conversion date (anniversary billing). You may cancel at any time through the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Acceptable Use
You will use the Service in compliance with applicable law and the acceptable-use and prohibited-use provisions of the Terms of Service, including call-recording notice, AI-disclosure, TCPA, and 10DLC/SMS obligations. You are responsible for the conduct configured on your account and for the content captured on your behalf.
3. Customer Data and Privacy
Our collection and processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You own your Customer Content and grant Halo the licenses described in the Terms of Service to operate the Service.
4. Order of Precedence
If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless this Agreement expressly states otherwise for a specific commercial term.
